When you use Unstunted SFX, we collect certain information to provide and improve our services:
- Account Data: Email address, name, and profile picture (if signing in via Google Auth) handled securely via Firebase Authentication.
- Usage Data: Download history, project saves, and tier status stored in our Firestore database to sync your account across devices.
- Payment Information: Processed directly through Stripe. We do not store or process full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. Microphone & Audio Data
Our "Humming Search" feature requires temporary access to your device's microphone. We do not record, store, or sell your voice data. Audio is processed ephemerally in real-time to match frequency patterns with our sound library, after which the audio stream is immediately discarded.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly for:
- Providing core application functionality (saving your projects and history).
- Managing subscription limits (e.g., daily free tier downloads).
- Communicating account updates or policy changes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party services necessary to operate the app (Google Firebase for hosting/database, Stripe for payments).
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team or use the account deletion option in your dashboard.
