1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Unstunted SFX, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the application.

2. Acceptable Use & Scraping Policy

We provide a curated library for human creators and editors. To protect our infrastructure and comply with search engine guidelines:

• No Programmatic Access: You may not use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or unauthorized APIs to programmatically download sound files.
• Fair Use: Pro and Creator tier "unlimited" downloads are subject to a fair use policy to prevent abuse and mass-archiving of the database.
• Violations of these automated scraping rules will result in immediate IP bans and account termination without refund.

3. Sound Licenses & Disclaimers

Sound previews provided via Unstunted SFX are sourced via the Google Actions Sound Library. Unstunted SFX acts as a search, categorization, and project-management interface. Users are responsible for adhering to the respective Creative Commons or attribution licenses required by the original sound creators.

4. Subscriptions and Refunds

Unstunted SFX offers Free, Creator, Pro, and Lifetime tiers. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

• Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time; access will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.
• The "Lifetime" tier constitutes the lifetime of the Unstunted SFX product, not the lifetime of the user.
• Due to the digital nature of the content, we do not offer refunds once sounds have been downloaded on a paid tier, unless required by local law.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Unstunted SFX is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
